Frustrating.

I liked this game at first, but some of the puzzles are ridiculously counterintuitive, its super easy to miss steps with no way to go back (save often in different save slots, kiddies!), and now Im stuck in chapter 2 at the priest. I have consulted online walkthroughs and I havent missed anything. This isnt the first snag/bug Ive run into and I refuse to restart the game YET AGAIN. Its incredibly frustrating and Im about ready to ask for a refund.
